1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Nsikacart ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Platform.

2. Nature of Service

Nsikacart is an online marketplace designed to facilitate connections between independent sellers ("Vendors") and buyers. Nsikacart provides the digital infrastructure for product listings and discovery.

IMPORTANT: Nsikacart is NOT a party to any transaction between users. We do not process payments, arrange deliveries, or guarantee the quality of items listed. All transactions are independent agreements between the buyer and the seller.

3. User Responsibilities

• Accuracy: Users must provide true, accurate, and current information during registration and listing.
• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Due Diligence: Buyers are solely responsible for verifying the legitimacy of sellers and the quality of products before making any payment.

4. Role & Liability

Nsikacart acts strictly as a directory and listing service. Under no circumstances shall Nsikacart be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Disputes between buyers and sellers.
• Fraudulent activity by any user.
• Product defects or misrepresentations.
• Failed deliveries or payment issues.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users may not use the Platform for any illegal purpose. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Listing prohibited or restricted items (see Marketplace Policy).
• Engaging in deceptive or fraudulent trade practices.
• Harassing other users or platform staff.
• Attempting to bypass platform security or scraping data.

6. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise detrimental to the Platform's interests.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
