This Marketplace & Vendor Policy ("Policy") outlines the standards and requirements for selling on Nsikacart. Our goal is to maintain a safe, transparent, and high-quality marketplace for all users.
1. Vendor Eligibility
To list products on Nsikacart, Vendors must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Provide valid contact information, including a working phone number.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

2. Listing Standards
All listings must be accurate, clear, and honest. Vendors agree to:
- Accurate Descriptions: Clearly state the condition, features, and any defects of the item.
- Honest Pricing: Listing prices should be realistic and reflect the actual expected price.
- Quality Images: Use high-quality, original photos of the actual item being sold. Stock images are discouraged.
- Correct Categorization: Place items in the most relevant category and subcategory.
3. Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited from being listed on Nsikacart:
- Illegal substances, drugs, and drug paraphernalia.
- Weapons, ammunition, and explosives.
- Counterfeit goods or unauthorized copies of copyrighted materials.
- Stolen property.
- Adult content or services.
- Regulated items (e.g., tobacco, prescription medicine).
- Endangered species or animal parts.
4. Communication & Transactions
Vendors are responsible for responding to buyer inquiries in a timely and polite manner. Since Nsikacart does not process payments, Vendors must:
- Communicate clearly about payment methods and delivery arrangements.
- Never pressure a buyer into a transaction.
- Maintain consistency between the listed price and the final agreed price.
5. Monitoring & Enforcement
Nsikacart monitors listings for compliance. We reserve the right to:
- Remove any listing that violates this Policy or our Terms & Conditions.
- Flag accounts that receive multiple valid complaints.
- Suspend or ban Vendors who engage in fraudulent or deceptive behavior.
6. Reporting Violations
If you encounter a listing or Vendor that violates this Policy, please use the "Report" feature on the listing or contact us at support@nsikacart.com.
